The pictures are very impressive and information is interesting even to me having not much experience in the world of vintage gliding. You must have put tremendous efforts and working hours into collecting and exposure of all this interesting material. I hope many other people may enjoy the fascinating material and share your enthusiasm on your hobby. I wonder when we may see pictures from air made out of the cockpit of Urendo. I’ve some idea of the magnitude, having spent early years working on aircraft-and this is no mean undertaking! It is exactly the sort of project I would have expected VP to get involved in, a combination of art, science, enthusiasm and energy. Had he not been so enthusiastic about vintage gliders, people and languages, he wouldn’t have travelled to meet the network of people who, in turn, made this extraordinary task possible. The only fitting conclusion is for VP to get airborne in the Urendo, and look forward to seeing the air-to-air photographs in the next extraordinary chapter of this story. |
